Performance Marketing · Customer Acquisition

We grow HVAC companies. You pay for customers — not clicks.

Cohen & Klarreich is a growth partner for owner-operated HVAC companies in South Florida. We build your customer acquisition, qualify every inquiry, and put ready-to-buy customers in your hands — and we are paid on performance. No retainers. No shared leads. No long contracts.

The Problem

Most HVAC marketing is built to bill you, not grow you

If you have bought leads or hired an agency before, you already know the three ways this goes wrong.

01

Shared leads

Marketplaces sell the same homeowner inquiry to three, four, five competitors at once. The job goes to whoever calls first and discounts hardest — and you paid for the privilege of racing.

02

Unanswered phones

Roughly 30% of inbound HVAC calls go unanswered, and after hours it is worse. Every missed call is a repair your competitor booked — and a replacement he will sell in three years.

03

Retainer agencies

A flat monthly fee pays the same in a dead month as a record month. Their incentive ends at the invoice. A growth partner's incentive starts at your sold job.

What We Do

Your growth partner, end to end

We run the entire acquisition system — you run your trucks.

Acquisition campaigns

Google and Meta campaigns built under your brand and your license, targeted to the neighborhoods you actually want to work — not a spray across three counties.

Qualification

Every inquiry is checked before it reaches you: homeowner, inside your service area, a real repair or replacement need, and a working phone number.

Speed-to-lead delivery

Qualified customers are in your hands within five minutes of inquiring, seven days a week. In this trade, the first company to respond usually gets the job.

Booking & reporting

Replacement estimates can be booked straight into your calendar and confirmed. And every lead is accounted for in a weekly tracker: contacted, quoted, sold — or replaced.

Product One

Repair customers

A homeowner in your territory whose system is down or failing and who wants a technician — delivered live, while the need is urgent. Repair customers fill your schedule today and become your replacement customers tomorrow.

Product Two

Replacement appointments

A homeowner actively shopping for a new system. We qualify the home and the need, book the estimate into your calendar, and confirm it. With average replacements running $7,500–$14,000, this is where acquisition pays for itself.

How It Works

A pilot first. The numbers decide.

No twelve-month contract, no setup-fee maze. We earn the relationship in four steps.

01

Fit call

Twenty minutes on your territory, capacity, and average ticket. If the math cannot work for your shop, we will tell you on the call.

02

Prepaid pilot

Ten qualified leads in one service area, prepaid. Small money, real data, and a written definition of exactly what counts as a lead.

03

Delivery & tracking

Leads reach you in under five minutes. Outcomes are logged in a shared tracker, so both sides see the same truth.

04

Scale or stop

If the pilot makes you money, we scale — per lead, per appointment, or a hybrid. If it does not, you walk away owing nothing more.

The Definition

What counts as a qualified lead

This definition is written into every pilot agreement before a dollar moves. It protects you — and it protects us from ever arguing about it.

The replacement guarantee

If a lead fails that definition — wrong number, renter, outside your area, wrong service — report it within 7 days and it is replaced free or credited. No forms, no fights, no fine print.

The Math

Acquisition is arithmetic, not magic

Here is the only formula that matters in this business:

Average ticket × your close rate = what a lead is worth to you.

If your average replacement is $10,000 and you close one estimate in four, every qualified replacement appointment carries about $2,500 in expected revenue. Our job is to deliver those appointments far below that number — and to prove it in the tracker, lead by lead.

Current industry benchmarks: generating a replacement lead typically costs $150–$250+, a repair lead $30–$85 depending on the channel, and the average repair ticket is about $1,200. Your pilot price is set from your ticket and your close rate on the fit call — not from a rate card.

Benchmarks are published 2026 industry figures (SearchLight Digital / LocaliQ datasets), shown so you can check our math — they are not results we are claiming as our own.

Who It's For

One partner per service area

We take one HVAC partner in each service area. When your territory is taken, it is taken — that is what exclusive means.

The right fit

Owner-operated HVAC companies running 2–10 trucks in the Stuart–Palm Beach County corridor, who answer their phones, do good work, and want more of the right jobs — not more tire-kickers.

Not the right fit

National franchises with in-house marketing departments. Shops that cannot take on more work. And anyone shopping for the cheapest shared leads on the internet — those exist, and they are worth exactly what they cost.

"We're a new firm, and this page won't pretend otherwise. No rented testimonials. No borrowed case studies. What we offer instead: a small prepaid pilot, a written definition, a replacement guarantee, and a tracker that shows every dollar. Judge us on your numbers — not our adjectives."

Questions

Asked by owners, answered straight

Do you sell the same lead to other companies?

Never. Every lead we generate for you is delivered to your company only. We take one HVAC partner per service area precisely so we never have to split a customer between clients.

Is there a contract?

The pilot is a one-time prepaid package of 10 qualified leads with the definition and replacement guarantee in writing. After that, everything is month-to-month. If we stop making you money, you stop paying us — that is the arrangement.

How fast do we receive leads?

Within five minutes of the homeowner's inquiry, by text and email, seven days a week. Speed is not a feature in this trade — it is the whole game, because the first company to respond usually books the job.

What happens if a lead is bad?

Report it within 7 days against the written definition — wrong number, renter, outside your area, wrong service — and it is replaced free or credited to your next package.

What does it cost?

You pay per qualified lead or per booked appointment — never a retainer. Pilot pricing is set on the fit call from your average ticket and close rate, because a price that ignores your numbers would be a guess. The pilot itself is a fixed prepaid package, quoted before you commit.

Who owns the campaigns and the customer data?

Campaigns run under your brand and your license, and the customers they produce are yours. We are your growth partner, not a landlord — nothing is held hostage if you leave.
